Our Performance Zone is the perfect place for individual players or small groups. We have 2 coaching Pods, with all the training tools you could need from speed ladders & hurdles to mannequins, mini-goals and reaction games.
If you’re a coach you can hire the Zone for the night to run your sessions.
If you’re a player or small group you can hire the Zone for yourself for upto 1 hour.

ABOUT OUR 4G CLASSIC 5-A-SIDE PITCHES
CLASSIC GOALS
This pitch has Classic 5-a-side goals which are 12ft wide and 4ft high. 2ft lower than Samba goals to let your team score from perfectly executed team moves.
PITCH SURFACE AND DIMENSIONS
This pitch is rubber crumb synthetic turf designed to give the most realistic playing surface. The playing dimensions are 20m by 30m with 2m rebound boards to keep the action flowing.
FOOTWEAR
Make sure you bring the right footwear. No metal studs or blades are allowed. Wear moulded stud or synthetic turf boots.
