Monday 5-a-side Summer League – Early Season Review
Division 1
In division 1 Pinters are clinging on to 1st place, nudging FC Bookey to top spot on goal difference. Meanwhile HoB and AKA are neck and neck, in 3rd and 4th respectively. The step up to division 1 can be a challenge for any team, unfortunately for both Vida Street and Seshfield Wednesday have both found this out the hard way who currently sit 5th and 6th, neither able to pick up any early points so far.

Division 2
Show me the Mane have started the new season in electric form, scoring 26 goals and conceding just one in the first three games of the season. In 2nd sit Puyol Pants Down, who were unable to take advantage of their extra game, potentially giving Dids the opportunity to leapfrog them from 3rd thanks to their game in hand. Net 6 & Chill sit comfortably in 4th, whilst Just a Laugh find themselves tiptoeing off the bottom thanks to their one point. Stuck at the bottom we can find Allstars, yet to back their confident name up. They have been unable to score a single goal so far this season, although we all know how quickly this league can change.
Division 3
New boys Nice to Michu have introduced themselves to the league loudly, averaging an astonishing 13 goals per game through their first three games of the season. Despite this, it is just goal difference that separates them in 1st place from 2nd place Murder on Zidane’s Floor. Notts so Locks and TBC will be disappointed in their draw against one another, as they both find themselves 2 points off of the top spot in 3rd and 4th. Although Locks and Murder both have a game in hand over Michu, so they will be sure to make the most of it. Khazra will be glad to be within touching distance of first place despite sitting in 5th with just one win in the season so far. Nobody FC look like a team with Nobody home so far, allowing 38 goals in just 3 games. Although just 6 points from Nice to Michu, they will still fee like they have a chance.
